Six ways to play

Every Karti deck is a set of conversation cards, but decks differ in how the cards reach the table. The deck picks its format; the app deals accordingly.

• Classic

  Pull a card

  One shuffled pile. Draw, read, talk, repeat — the simplest way to play, with a counter so you know how deep you are.

• Leveled

  Tiered progression

  Cards live in named levels that get deeper as you go. You draw only from the current level and advance when you are ready — the early levels earn the later ones.

• Category

  Draw by topic

  Before each draw you pick a topic — memories, the future, little joys. The app deals a random unseen card from that pile and shows what is left in each.

• Task

  Prompt + action

  Every card pairs a question with a small action. The prompt comes first; reveal the task when you are ready, then mark it done or skip it.

• Hybrid

  Talk · Flirt · Dare

  A spinner lands on a card type, then deals from that pile. An intensity ramp keeps early rounds talkative before things heat up. Spicy decks ask for an 18+ confirmation.

• Flashcards

  Front & back

  A card with a front and a back. Flip it to check yourself and mark whether you knew it — the ones you miss come back around until they stick.

• Dice

  Roll, never run out

  Every roll lands a fresh combination — one face per die, or several faces from one big die. Nothing exhausts; you stop when the table does.

• Typology test

  Rate & get a type

  Rate a series of statements on agree↔disagree; each answer nudges an axis, and the axes combine into a result type — personality, orientation and the like.

• Scored quiz

  Right answers & a score

  A graded test: single- or multiple-choice questions with correct answers, an optional pass mark, revealed answers, and a reviewable score you can retake and share.
